Dynamic

Psychotherapy

Good therapy isn’t about one-size-fits approaches to mental health. Instead, it’s about dedicating an hour each week to collaborative and honest exploration of your feelings and choices. Good therapy is flexible, compassionate, and above all: dynamic.

After 10+ years working in the mental health field, I’ve cultivated an approach to therapy that combines research-backed treatment techniques with personal experience. While part of my job is to help you step out of your comfort zone, we first want to establish a comfortable and friendly working relationship. Outside of my therapy work, you can find me exploring local cafes, making music, and spending time with my partner and pets. I look forward to meeting you.

Anxiety & Depression

Building tools for regulation

Feel unsure how to handle big emotions? You aren’t alone. Many of us were never taught what to do with big feelings, but it’s not too late to learn. We’ll explore how and why emotions work while also learning practical skills for self-soothing.

Trauma Processing & EMDR

Letting go of the past

EMDR is a specialty treatment that uses neurological stimulation to desensitize you to painful memories and images. Whether you are experiencing extreme clinical distress in the form of PTSD/CTSD, or just struggling to feel at peace with the past, EMDR can help you to let go.
